Step-by-Step Guide to Submit your Full Paper

(on desktop or laptop computers)

Step 1: Navigating to Submit your Full Paper

1.1 Navigate to the top right corner in the menu and click on “Submit Abstract/Full Paper” button.

Step 2: Login Credentials

2.1 Enter your username and password that was used to submit your abstract. 
Note: You have created an account to be able to submit your abstract to be accepted for full paper submission.

2.2 Click on “Login” button to proceed.

Step 3: Account Dashboard

3.1 Once you’ve successfully logged in, you will see your account dashboard.

3.2 For all the accepted abstract, you will see the status is shown as “Accepted“.

3.3 Click on “Edit” to proceed to submit your Full Paper.

Step 4: Uploading your Full Paper

4.1 Scroll down until you see the Attachments section.

4.2 Click on the “Choose File” button to select the file to be uploaded.
Note: Only supported file format is able to be uploaded with a maximum file size of 2MB per file only.

Step 5: Successful Upload and Submit

5.1 Once the selected file has been successfully uploaded, you will see your filename listed next to the “Choose File” button as illustrated above.

5.2 Click on the “Submit” button to submit your full paper’s attachment.

Step 6: Review your Submission

6.1 Once you’ve submitted your full paper, you will be brought back to the dashboard page.

6.2 The status will be changed to “Pending” and the panel will be reviewing your submitted paper.

6.3 The number of attachment will also be shown depending on the number of files you have uploaded.

6.4 Once everything is completed, you may click on the “Logout” button to exit.
